Smoked Turkey Tortillas Prep time: 15 minutes Cook time: 0 minutes 10 flour tortillas (approx. 8in.) 1 eight oz cream cheese softened, or flavored alouette cheese (from deli area) 10 slices smoked turkey breast 1 head lettuce salt and pepper to taste Spread tortillas with chosen softened cream cheese and sprinkle with salt and pepper; top with a slice of ham and a lettuce leaf. Roll tortillas up and chill. Cut each tortilla into 5 pieces before serving. Serve with salsa, if desired

Smoked Turkey Dip Prep time: 15 minutes Cook time: 0 minutes 1/4 cup mayonnaise ½ t. Dijon mustard ½ t. prepared horseradish ½ cup finely chopped smoked turkey breast 2 T. drained pickle relish (Your choice. I prefer dill but you may like sweet relish better) Serve with crackers or bagel chips.

Smoked Turkey rollup Prep time: 10 minutes Cook time: 0 minutes 5 slices smoked turkey breast 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened mixed with 2 T. stone ground mustard 5 pickles (Your choice. I prefer dill but you may like sweet better) Lay turkey slices flat. Pat dry. Spread cream cheese mixture over each piece. Place a pickle spear at one end of each slice and roll the turkey around it. Secure with tooth picks and then cut into smaller bite size pieces.
