This Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe Makes a Great Chocolate Chip Cookie Dessert

Serve at a picnic or brunch with baked ham from pams-hams.

Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe Ingredients
2 cups butter flavored shortening
2 cups sugar
2 cups brown sugar
4 eggs
2 t. vanilla
4 cups flour
5 cups oatmeal
1 t. salt
2 t. baking powder
2 t. baking soda


Instructions Preheat oven to 375. Cream together shortening and both sugars. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix in the dry ingredients (flour, oatmeal, salt, baking powder and baking soda). Stir in 24 oz. chocolate chips.
Bake on un-greased cookie sheet for 6 minutes at 375 degrees.
