Salad Recipes are all Delicious and Simple

Salads are my favorite food. They can be a main dish, a side dish, a sandwich spread or a condiment. You'll find some of each in this collection of my favorites. And,as with all our other recipes, they are as simple as they are delicious. Enjoy and let us know if you have a favorite that we should add.

Oh - and as far as cole slaw, it isn't even worth giving a recipe. My humble opinion is that Kentucky Fried Chicken has the most universally loved cole slaw. Drive thru one and BUY IT.
